 As a kind of lifting (push-pull) equipment, the screw lifter adopts a worm gear and a screw drive, which has the characteristics of small size and light weight from the structural point of view. The screw lifter calculates the maximum load capacity and allowable maximum power of a certain type of screw lifter according to the strength of its worm gear and various components.
   When choosing a screw lifter, you must pay attention to the maximum bearing capacity of the screw lifter in terms of static load or dynamic load and impact, otherwise it may cause serious damage to the various parts of the screw lifter or cause greater losses. Generally, the maximum input speed allowed by the worm gear drive is 1500 rpm, so the worm input speed should not exceed this speed when using the screw lifter, that is, the maximum can be equipped with an ordinary 4-pole motor. When the screw lift is in use, the surface temperature of the body is allowed to be controlled at -15° to 80°, and temperature control measures should be taken for the lift if it exceeds or falls below this temperature range.
   Ordinary trapezoidal screw elevators have self-locking function. Under special circumstances, self-locking may fail. Try to equip with self-locking device under larger impact load. It can be equipped with brake motors and other devices.
