The cause of over-travel may occur in machine setting, limit switch failure or crash. In order to prevent further damage to the ball screw, the re-installation of the ball screw must be re-examined by professional personnel.
  3, the return pipe is damaged
   The return pipe was severely impacted during installation. The return pipe may cause dents and cause the same problems as mentioned above.
  4, eccentricity
If the nut seat is not concentric, there will be a radial load. If the eccentricity between the two is too large, the screw will bend, or even the eccentricity, which is not enough to cause obvious screw bending, abnormal wear will continue to occur, and cause The precision of the screw rod decreases rapidly; the higher the rated preload of the nut, the higher the eccentricity requirement.
   5. Improper combination of screw and nut holder
   Inclination or eccentricity when installing the nut will cause abnormal load, and the voltage will be unstable when the motor is connected and rotated.
